Festive Sale terms
The Festive Sale runs in three parts. All times are India time.
When
- Part 1: 15 Oct, 12:00 am to 18 Oct, 11:59 pm
- Part 2: 23 Oct, 12:00 am to 25 Oct, 11:59 pm
- Part 3: 30 Oct, 12:00 am to 2 Nov, 11:59 pm
There is no sale on the days in between.
25% off everything
Code MOOD25 takes 25% off everything on the website during each part of the sale. It is added in your tote for you, and you can also type it at checkout. It cannot be combined with any other code.
Store credit
- Part 1 orders: 10% of what you pay for your pieces comes back as store credit, valid for 4 months from the day it is added.
- Part 2 orders: 5% back as store credit, valid for 2 months from the day it is added.
- Part 3 orders: no store credit.
Store credit is worked out on what you pay after the 25% off, without shipping. It is added to your account 3 days after your order is delivered, and we message you the date it runs out. You can use it at checkout when you are signed in, with no minimum order. Cancelled orders do not earn store credit.
Pay online, save on your next order
Pay online (not cash on delivery) and we send you a personal code for 5% of what you paid off your next order of ₹1,499 or more. The code reaches you by WhatsApp and email about 8 days after delivery. It works once, is valid for 6 months from the day we send it, and cannot be combined with other codes, including MOOD25.
Exchanges only
Orders placed during the sale can be exchanged but not returned or refunded. Each order can be exchanged once. To exchange a piece, go to our return request page within 7 days of delivery, choose Exchange and tell us what you would like instead.
