Paid cash on delivery? For a refund we will ask for your bank details once the parcel is picked up.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We arrange the pickup and there is no cost to you.

Refunds

You choose on the form: a refund to your original payment method, in 7 to 10 working days, or store credit with 5% extra, added the day your parcel is picked up. For cash on delivery orders a bank refund needs your account details.
