Hang it in a doorway or a window and it moves whenever the air does. The clapper is soft rather than sharp, so it chimes rather than clatters, which matters if it lives near where you sleep. Seventeen centimetres tall, ten across.
Nerikomi: the pattern is built through the clay before the piece is formed, and every piece is cut by hand, so no two are identical.
