A small cream dish with a single blue dolphin painted across it, edges pinched by hand. Ends up holding something within a day.
A small cream dish with a single blue dolphin painted across it, edges pinched by hand so the rim rises and falls. It is light and small and the sort of thing that ends up holding something within a day of arriving: rings, a watch, the earrings from last night. Hand-painted in small batches; 13 cm long. The dolphin is the one animal among the trinket dishes.
Hand-thrown and hand-finished in small batches, so shape, glaze pooling and pattern vary a little piece to piece. That variation is the point, not a flaw.

Favourite piece on my desk now. Would've liked it a bit deeper.

Ceramic is good but the dolphin looks a bit rushed up close, blue is lighter. Average.

FAQs
Is it dishwasher or microwave safe?
Our ceramics are microwave safe unless they have metal components attached to them. They are not dishwasher safe, so hand wash them with a soft sponge and mild soap.
Why does my piece look different from the photo?
Each piece is made and finished by hand, so glaze, pattern and shape vary a little from one piece to the next. That variation is part of the handmade process, not a flaw.
How do I stop it cracking?
Avoid sudden changes in temperature and handle it gently. Our journal guide to caring for handmade ceramics covers washing, stains and storage in more detail.
Can I use it for food and drink?
Yes. Our mugs, cups, plates, bowls and serving pieces are made for everyday food and drink. Planters, vases, figurines and hanging pieces are decorative and not meant for food.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and then delivered in 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day, and nothing is dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Is delivery free, and where do you deliver?
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum. We deliver to addresses in India only, and you can place the order from anywhere in the world.
Can I return it?
Festive Sale: exchanges only, no returns.
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and has its tags and original packaging. Request the return on our return request page. Return pickup is free.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, on eligible orders. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm a cash on delivery order before it is dispatched.
